The Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc IV Multi Flex Nanotech Rechargeable Shaver is a wet/dry rechargeable shaver that comes with Ultra-thin Vibrating Outer Foil that measures at only 41 micrometers.

The Ultra-thin Vibrating Outer Foil subtle vibrations lift the hair follicle to give the closest shave. The Multi-Arc Blades meanwhile delivers an even pressure on the chin and an evenly-contoured shave.

For an even closer shave, the shaver features 30-degree inner blades with nanotechnology. The rapid 14,000 cycle per minute linear motor drive delivers a smoother and cleaner shave.

The shaver has its own fully automatic self-cleaning and charging system that cleans, dries and charges the shaver automatically. The unit also has powerful sonic vibration cleaning mode that boast the cleaning power.

Other features of the Panasonic ES-LA63-S includes illuminated blue LCD display, Pop-up Trimmer for moustaches and sideburns and switch lock button. The shaver also has an easy-grip ergonomic design.

Pros

Wet shave means with shaving cream, not just water. This type of shave gave the best shave on the neck, face, and all for one of the users. The shave was as close to shaving with a blade, and the user can’t tell the difference.
Dry shave meanwhile wasn’t as close as the wet and not as comfortable but it was better than the Braun.
Best dry shaver ever used by one of the user.
The shaver can just be rinsed with water and by pushing the power button long enough, the shaver goes to cleaning mode. This freed the user from having to buy cleaning cartridges.
The shaver is a little quieter than the Braun.
The closest shave of any electric shavers that one of the users has ever used in his entire life.
Large, flexible head with multiple shaving foils is flexible and shaves one of the users cheeks as closely as a straight blade does.
Waterproof and very convenient to use in the shower.

No Charging Dock / Cleaning Station
The shaver shaves very gently.
The battery life is good because one of the users get about 5 shaves per charge. The shaver lasts the whole week on one charge.
If you are having trouble with razor bumps, and/or ingrown hairs, the shaver may help with that problem because this shaver will not cut hair below the skin surface.

Cons

The instructions manual does not indicate how to make the battery last longer.
Users can’t download the manual online.
It’s hard to shave sideburns precisely and for shaving beards with it since the head is so big.
The trimmer isn’t that great.
A stand should be included because washing the shaver and then letting it sit on a towel is not the most elegant solution.
The price is quite expensive.
The shaver still can’t beat a straight blade when it comes to shaving on the neck.
Small soft sided travel bag can’t fit the charger.
Without the base you don’t have a “home” for the unit and you do have to remember to charge it.
The power button is easy to hit while shaving.
The shaver still misses small areas of the neck.
The shaver is rather plain-looking.
