This shaver doesn’t shave as close as previous Norelco models. It causes more irritation and razor burn.
You have to pass the same area over and over and couldn’t get a close shave especially in the neck. It takes 15 minutes of shaving to get an acceptable shave.
A lot of pressure has to be applied for the shaver to do what it’s supposed to.
The trimmer doesn’t pop out far enough to be useful.
The shaver feels smooth on the skin but it leaves the neck red and feeling burned.
Whiskers are not actually captured in the shaving head.
